So the brides-to-be have been asking…What are the Trendiest Wedding Themes for 2013?

Vintage seems to be the key this year, think 20’s, 30’s, 40’s, and lots of lace.
Pull out pics of Grandma & Grandpa’s wedding, visit vintage clothing shops, look at the styles, then go crazy! I’ve posted a great link at the bottom of this blog from Google showing great vintage wedding images.

Another wonderful oddity I’ve heard more than once this year is the use of origami where guests are asked to create something origami and to set it anywhere around the reception room when they arrive to create a different kind of scenery.

Last but not least…Fireworks? Yes, fireworks. This has been done for years in the past but it seems some wedding venues are allowing certain indoor fireworks such as sparkler displays or firework themed foods. This usually leads to a firework “sendoff” outside at the end of the night.
